MALLORY ZIELINSKI
YOUTH DIRECTOR
Mallory was raised in Iowa City and has been working with, discipling, and serving youth since she was in high school. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in English Education. She also earned her Masters in Literacy Education, followed by a Literacy Specialist Degree and also an ELL degree. She loves to learn!
She has taught high hchool since 2010 and is currently serving in the English Department at Roosevelt in Des Moines.
She loves singing, drinking coffee, reading, and making people laugh. She is most happy when she is hanging out with kids and listening to their ideas about how to navigate this world; whether that is at church, in the classroom, or at home with her kids.
Mallory and Trevor have been married since 2010 and have two boys.
