After over a decade in corporate and mental health HR and Operations, Janel is excited to bring her skills to a place where administration meets mission in a church that walks the walk. She’s passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and welcomed because she believes the church is at its best when there’s room for everyone.
When she’s not streamlining systems, you can usually find her out for a run, nose-deep in a good book, or knee-deep in a DIY project at home. Janel loves hiking and water skiing, but her greatest joy is keeping up with her twin boys, husband, and goldendoodle.
