A $40 office fee is due at your initial legal consultation and must be paid prior to speaking with our legal representatives in addition to any office or federal filing fees that will be required for your case. Bring all documents related to your case. Consultations are by appointment only.

During the consultation, we will carefully review your case and make sure you understand the benefits and risks associated with your situation, then offer you advice on how to proceed.

If you are not fluent in English, you must bring an interpreter with you who is able to translate a conversation on immigration.

Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card)

Family-Based Petitions

  • Office Fee: $300 after initial consultation

  • Forms: I-130, I-130A

  • Documentation: Proof of identity, and if marriage-based, 2 passport photos for both people along with evidence of relationship

Adjustment of Status

  • Office Fee: $400 after initial consultation

  • Forms: I-485, I-864, I-765, I-693

  • Documentation: Proof of identity, 2 passport photos and tax forms for the past 3 years

Consular Processing

  • Office Fee: $400 after initial consultation

  • Forms: I-864, DS-260

  • Documentation: Proof of identity, NVC case # and invoice ID #, valid passport, and tax forms for the past 3 years

Green Card Renewals

  • Office Fee: $100 after initial consultation

  • Form: I-90

  • Documentation: Copy of current green card

Additional Co-Sponsor Needed

  • Office Fee: $50 after initial consultation

  • Form: I-864

  • Documentation: Tax forms for the past 3 years

Contracts Between Household Member and Sponsor

  • Office Fee: $50 after initial consultation

  • Form: I-864A

Removing Conditions On Residence

  • Office Fees: $300 for Joint, $400 for waiver after initial consultation

  • Documentation: Updated evidence of relationship

Application for Naturalization
